Eilan and Michelle’s winter wedding Philadelphia was one of a kind! We just happened to be hit with a pretty big snow storm the day of their winter wedding. It is something that many winter wedding couples dream of here in Philadelphia. The problem is, snow isn’t available on demand. So when the storm hit on their wedding day and coated Philadelphia in a beautiful white blanket it was the perfect winter wedding Philadelphia scenario. Michelle get’s a lot of props for this day as well! It was so cold that I had to keep looking at my camera to see which buttons my fingers were on because I couldn’t feel them anymore! Michelle meanwhile, ran around Philadelphia in her heels and strapless dress having the time of her life during her snowy Philadelphia wedding!
This was also one of the few times, by that I mean only time, that I was able to photograph at Broad Street and the Art Museum with not a soul around! The snow and single digit temperatures will apparently chase folks and tourist away.
The rest of the day was as epic as our snowy Philadelphia adventures. Eilan & Michelle’s families were so much fun and so happy all day long that it was just beautiful moment to beautiful moment once we made our way over to Tallemore Country Club. From the ceremony to the tea ceremony to the dancing everyone just had the time of their lives!

I was also super humbled and honored that Michelle & Eilan’s winter wedding philadelphia had a photo awarded the Best of the Best Wedding Photos by Junebug 2017. They select 50 photos each year that are given the best of the best awards. Michelle & Eilan’s snowy Broad Street photo was given this honor. This is the 2nd time in 3 years I’ve been given this honor which is just incredibly humbling when you look at all the talented photographers that were awarded!
